Come out for a tour! If you have never been to Camp Champions, we would love to meet you and have you tour our facilities. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a tour.
Retreat packages are not offered during the summer months (last week of May - second week in August) due to Camp Champions Summer Camp being in session.
After Reserving a Weekend:
Once you have reserved a retreat weekend, one of our directors will contact you about 6 weeks before it is scheduled to begin the planning and coordinating process. Here are some of the administrative things we will want the Group Leader to take care of.
1. Group Information Form - This will provide us with much of the relevant information regarding your retreat. It will be submitted electronically.
2. Visitor Agreement Form - This must be printed out and signed by every guest and turned in upon arrival. It is required for each person that attends a retreat.
3. We will also ask all groups for a Retreat Itinerary, a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance, & a copy of your Tax Exemption Form (if relevant).
